Places Ryan Collins has visited

Tenerife is a great family destination. My favourite hotel is Ritz-Carlton Abama as it’s so child-friendly but also suitable for adults.

Portugal is one of my favourite European countries. It always provides the perfect getaway and every time I visit I find a new hidden gem whether that’s a restaurant, bar or secluded beach.

Dubai offers all-year sun and luxury by the bucket load. It’s another great city for families, and simply ticks all your travel boxes. My favourite place to stay has to be the One&Only Royal Mirage complex...

New York City

NYC makes for a fantastic three-night city break. Stray from the tourist traps of Manhattan and explore Little Italy and SoHo for a thriving nightlife, delicious restaurants and a buzzing arts scene.

This place blew my mind. It fascinated me to see men riding donkeys in the old town, and then five minutes around the corner I saw families in Porsches… it’s a city of parallels.

Although I only stayed for one night, Dublin is one of the most welcoming destinations I’ve had the pleasure of visiting. If I were going back with the boys, I’d definitely visit the Guinness Factory.
