I have over eight years’ experience in the travel industry, and not a day goes by where I’m not learning something new or helping make someone’s holiday extra special. My role is all about the details—reconfirming hotels, arranging transfers, troubleshooting when needed, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. I absolutely love the buzz of calling all over the world and knowing where our guests are staying. Outside of work, I’m a keen photographer and always dreaming of my next trip—Costa Rica is top of my list! For me, holidays are all about switching off and soaking it all in.
