A big percentage of Winged Boots’ annual travel bookings are for C-Suite job titles, the vast majority of which are booked by the client’s personal or executive assistant. Winged Boots has a dedicated business travel department where each member of the team has a minimum of 15 years’ experience within the industry, so you can rest assured they are well-versed in the busy nature and last-minute amends that comes with corporate travel. We offer as much flexibility as possible to help with schedule changes and do not charge any in-house booking or amendment fees. All supplier charges are outlined at time of booking.

Do you charge for your travel service?

No. Unlike other luxury travel providers, Winged Boots does not charge an annual membership fee for booking your holidays. We are transparent on costs and outline holiday breakdowns at time of booking. Amendments to your schedule may incur supplier fees, however Winged Boots’ does not charge any additional amendment fees.

This could be a three-night break to Ibiza, complete with beach club reservations and private yacht charter. Or potentially a week-long break to Dubai with a roster of activities including waterpark access, desert safari, a day trip to neighbouring Abu Dhabi and so much more. Winged Boots is extremely experienced in organising incentive trips that cater to businesses needs and budgets. We offer flexibility and can hold seats in advance while you finalise your guest list dependent on which staff members meet the requirements. Every incentive trip we organise is bespoke to the company and takes into account your budget and work schedule. If you need your team back in the office for 9am Monday morning, we will make it happen.

Can Winged Boots assist with last-minute travel arrangements? How far in advance should I book my travel with Winged Boots?

We are well-versed in organising last-minute holidays and travel arrangements for businesses. The more notice we have prior to your departure then the more options we can provide due to availability, however we can book your travel up to a mere hour before departure. Simply let us know your requirements and we will do our best to make it happen.

Does Winged Boots offer travel insurance?

No. Winged Boots does not offer travel insurance at this time.

Are there any loyalty programmes or rewards for frequent travellers with Winged Boots?

Winged Boots recognises frequent flyers and loyal customers by offering invitations to our The Extra Mile event series. This spans nights at The O2 in our private suite, private dinners hosted by London’s top hotels and restaurants, corporate hospitality at a range of sporting events as well as golf days, track days and clay pigeon shoot days.

Winged Boots also recognises airline loyalty schemes and can include frequent flyer numbers to your booking on your behalf, however you cannot spend any airmiles through our service. Instead, you’ll need to book flights direct with the respective airline.

How long does it take to plan a trip?

This is dependent on the holiday enquiry, where you want to go, and when. A three-week tour of southeast Asia with multiple internal flights and ferries, restaurant recommendations, activities and options for hotels will take longer to plan than a flight-only request to somewhere in Europe. However, Winged Boots’ personal travel managers will communicate this with you at time of enquiry and will work as quickly as possible to plan your dream trip. We tailor every holiday to your wants and needs and will work with you to ensure every element of your holiday is perfect. Whether you want to travel tomorrow or in a few months’ time, we will make it happen.

Do you book my flights as well as my hotel?

Yes. We can book your flights and hotel as well as make any restaurant recommendations and reservations, book airport lounges, organise private transfers and plan your entire itinerary with yacht charters, private excursions and more.
