Dinner by Heston Blumenthal Dubai

World-renowned British chef, Heston Blumenthal brings his signature creative gastronomy to Atlantis The Royal. Dinner by Heston Blumenthal is a contemporary take on British and European cuisine from 1300s to 1800s.

Diners can taste Medieval Britain from a modern perspective with a playful menu featuring Meat Fruit, a mandarin and chicken liver parfait followed by Tipsy Cake, a pineapple dessert from 1810.

Prepare to have your senses transported back in time while you relax in the restaurant’s modern brown booths and mint green chairs.

Our favourite dish:

All is not as it seems with the Meat Fruit, a starter that’s guaranteed to begin your dinner with a bang.

Look closely, and you’ll see the clue is hidden in the name. The perfectly realistic mandarin is filled with a delicious chicken liver parfait. The peal is a mandarin jelly. Genius.

Open for: Dinner - 7 days a week (6.00pm - 11.00pm)
Dress code: Smart Casual
Cuisine: Contemporary British inspired by 1300s - 1800s

Estiatorio Milos Dubai

One of the best Mediterranean seafood restaurants in the world, Estiatorio Milos is coming to Dubai. Helmed by the acclaimed Chef Costas Spiliadis, diners can expect high-class Hellenic fine dining grounded in simplicity.

Greek hospitality and tradition are encapsulated in its sea -inspired menu. Gather your nearest and dearest over sharing platters heaped with freshly caught fish and seafood presented in their purest forms.

Our favourite dish:

Eat a meal fit for Greek Gods with the restaurant’s signature cured fish selection. A cooking method first used in Ancient Greece, curing fish enhances the umami seafood flavours.

Indulge in an Avgotaraho platter featuring the world’s finest gently cured roe of the Messolongi grey mullet. If you’re undecided, you can’t go wrong with the Milos Superior Cured Fish Platter, a chef’s selection for two to four people.
