Set on a private island within the Okavango Delta, the lodge overlooks Xugana Lagoon, described as one of the most spectacular permanent water sites in the region. This is a landscape defined by deep channels, papyrus-fringed islands and open water that holds year-round wildlife and birdlife. Unlike seasonal floodplains, the lagoon retains its water throughout the year, ensuring consistent boating and mokoro experiences. The surrounding Delta shifts in colour and mood with the light, but water remains a constant presence.
