        The Gambaro Hotel was rebranded to The Beetson Hotel in August 2024 after management was transferred to the National Rugby League (NRL). The new name honours Arthur Beetson, the first Indigenous Australian to captain a national sports team.
        The hotel has 68 boutique rooms and 49 of them have balconies. The room types include Atrium Room, Petrie Room, Petrie Balcony Room, Paddington Room, Paddington Deluxe, Deluxe Suite, Junior Suite and Premier Suite.
