Camp Moremi is situated within the Moremi Game Reserve in the Okavango Delta, close to Xakanaxa Lagoon. This region combines permanent water, mopane woodland and open floodplains, creating a varied habitat that supports year-round wildlife viewing. Its position allows guests to experience both land-based and water-based activities, a combination not always available in the reserve. The surrounding riverine forest of teak and ebony provides shade and a sense of seclusion while keeping the lagoon close at hand.
