  • Embark on a scenic hike trail to the Broadway Tower. After trudging through fields and meadows, when you finally reach the top you won’t be disappointed. The second highest point on the Cotswold, it is one of England’s most spectacular viewpoints. Thanks to its incomparable vistas, it’s an absolute must.

  • If you want a dose of history, visit Shakespeare’s birthplace Stratford-upon-Avon. Steeped in the history of its most famous resident, this makes for an educational yet scenic day out! Why not watch one of his play’s in the Royal Shakespeare Theatre on the banks of the River Avon? 
     
  • Around one mile west of Stratford-upon-Avon is where you will discover Anne Hathaway’s charming thatched cottage. Explore the twelve-roomed farmhouse where Anne Hathaway, the wife of Shakespeare lived. With nine acres of rural gardens and grounds to stroll through including a woodland walk, willow cabin and lavender maze, this idyllic day trip is a must.

  • Adam Henson’s Cotswolds Farm House is an educational yet fun venue holding 50 collections of British rare breed animals as well as fun games and a wealth of activities.
