Enjoy activities at a leisurely pace or challenge yourself by booking a lesson with one of the professional instructors. Gleneagles doesn’t believe age should be a barrier in participation which is why kids here can do anything that the adults can, from riding miniature ponies to driving scaled-down Land Rovers. See if you can hit the target at Gleneagles shooting school or pull back your bow and aim for the bullseye in a round of archery. Once you’ve tired yourself out with all the extensive activities sneak off to the Spa and treat yourself to an aromatherapy massage before floating in the bubble pool.
