Our Favourite Dish: Caramelised Black Cod Homemade Linguine
Chef Grégoire Berger is constantly pushing boundaries and his signature dish, which just so happens to be our favourite on the menu is the caramelised black cod linguine served with almond foam and fresh zucchini. You will notice on the menu also that Chef Grégoire is a huge fan of cooking with flowers, with 75% of all Ossiano dishes containing violets and other edible floras, perhaps the most unusual being the foie gras berries, which is paired with hibiscus.
Our Favourite Dish: Caramelised Black Cod Homemade Linguine
Chef Grégoire Berger is constantly pushing boundaries and his signature dish, which just so happens to be our favourite on the menu is the caramelised black cod linguine served with almond foam and fresh zucchini.
