If shopping is high on your agenda when on holiday, you simply have to visit these outlets and malls just for the sheer unique factor. From theme parks and wedding chapels to indoor ski slopes, you’ll be doing more than grabbing that pair of designer shoes at 80 per cent off, that’s for sure. While amazing stores come as standard, and trust us, you should definitely indulge at any given opportunity, be sure to make even more time to enjoy the other rather niche facilities that these venues boast.

Fancy striking it rich? The casino housed here is definitely worth a look-in too. Boasting 350 slot machines, four electronic tables and 29 green tables, whether blackjack or poker is your game, you’re in for a rollercoaster of a ride, guaranteed.

With an ice rink, more than 800 stores and the largest indoor wave pool, the West Edmonton Mall in Alberta, Canada is more than just a shopping destination.

Sports fans are not left out of the picture either, with hockey available to play on the rink, as well as the chance to get up close and personal with penguins at the Marine Life Center.
