HOW CAN YOU HELP
Ocean Holidays, the parent company of Winged Boots, Ocean Florida and Ocean Beds, supports Haven House Children’s Hospice, and we were deeply saddened to hear of the charity’s launch of an emergency appeal.
Due to the pandemic, Haven House Children’s Hospice is set to lose a substantial amount of money in vital funding so we have called upon our partners and customers to help raise some money to support children and their families through the most difficult circumstances imaginable.
We have launched a month-long online prize draw throughout May, and we’re asking our customers and our partners – plus their friends and families – to purchase tickets to win some amazing prizes. All the money raised will go to Haven House Children’s Hospice.

ABOUT HAVEN HOUSE
Haven House Children’s Hospice provide a range of services to support children and their families through the most difficult circumstances imaginable. Since opening, Haven House has supported more than 900 children with life-limiting illnesses across London, Essex, and Hertfordshire. In order to continue the great work it’s doing, Haven House needs to secure £4.2 million annually; only 19% of this is funded by government sources.
Coronavirus has resulted in Haven House Children’s Hospice having to reschedule its fundraising events and close its seven retail shops for the foreseeable future and the charity, which relies heavily on donations, warns that this could have a devastating impact.
Haven House’s Chief Executive Mike Palfreman said: "Families tell us that we are their lifeline and we cannot let them face this alone. The impact that Coronavirus will have on our vulnerable children and families could be devastating. Haven House faces a serious crisis and we need the help of our community.”
