Eight of Jumeirah’s Finest Villas and Suites Around the World

Inspiration | 04 September 2026

There are luxury hotel rooms, and then there are stays that become a defining part of the holiday itself. Jumeirah’s most exceptional villas, suites and penthouses fall firmly into the latter category. Think expansive private terraces above the Mediterranean, a pool overlooking the Indian Ocean, a personal pool hidden in Bali's jungle or your own spectacular residence on the Dubai shoreline.

Across Jumeirah’s international portfolio, its most exclusive accommodation combines extraordinary settings with the privacy, space and personalised service that can elevate an already special journey. We’ve selected eight of the finest Jumeirah villas and suites around the world, each worthy of planning a holiday around.

Best villa hotels in Bali 5 star
Two Bedroom Oceanfront Villa with Private Pool, Jumeirah Bali

Two Bedroom Oceanfront Villa with Private Pool, Jumeirah Bali

For a tropical stay that feels wonderfully removed from everyday life, it's hard to imagine anywhere more perfect than Jumeirah Bali’s Two Bedroom Oceanfront Villa with Private Pool. Spanning 860 square metres and accommodating four adults and two children, it offers enough room for a family to truly settle into island life.

Outside, a private terrace and gazebo lead to a large pool, while ocean views and direct resort access to the beach put Bali’s coast at the heart of the experience. Inside are generous living spaces, a king-size bedroom and a twin bedroom, alongside walk-in wardrobes and spacious bathrooms.

The little extras are where this villa really comes into its own, though. Guests can skip the usual arrival formalities with in-villa check-in and e-butler service, while airport pick-up and drop-off by Alphard is included for up to four people. Breakfast can be served privately in the villa each morning at no additional charge, too – because there are few better ways to start the day in Bali than breakfast by your own pool. For families who want plenty of room to spread out while still feeling blissfully tucked away, this is a very tempting choice.

Most famous hotel in Dubai
Duplex Presidential Two Bedroom Suite, Jumeirah Burj Al Arab

Duplex Presidential Two Bedroom Suite, Jumeirah Burj Al Arab

Few hotels are as instantly recognisable as Jumeirah Burj Al Arab, and if you’re going to stay inside one of Dubai’s greatest icons, the Duplex Presidential Two Bedroom Suite is certainly one way to do it.

Spread across two storeys and an impressive 667 square metres, there’s plenty of space to make yourself at home – albeit in considerably more glamorous surroundings than most of us are used to. Two king-size bedrooms accommodate up to four adults and two children, while floor-to-ceiling windows frame panoramic views towards the Dubai skyline or Palm Jumeirah. A grand staircase connects the living and sleeping areas, and the marble bathrooms come complete with rain showers, double vanities and full-size Jacuzzis.

And, as you might expect from the Burj Al Arab, the experience doesn’t stop at the suite door. Dedicated butler service is included, alongside chauffeur-driven Rolls-Royce arrival and departure and access to a Royal Cabana at SAL Beach Club. There’s also the hotel’s private beach, spa, fitness and pool facilities to enjoy. If you’re celebrating something big – or simply fancy doing Dubai in suitably extravagant fashion – this is Jumeirah at its most theatrical.

Best suites at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab

Five Bedroom Royal Suite, Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab

Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab has brought a fresh take on ultra-luxury to Dubai’s coastline, and its Five Bedroom Royal Suite is quite the introduction. This is less a hotel suite and more a spectacular private residence in the sky.

Measuring 1,048 square metres, including a huge 416-square-metre terrace, there’s ample room for everyone to find their own favourite corner. Five king bedrooms can accommodate up to 15 adults and five children under 12, subject to the hotel’s stated occupancy configuration. Outside, the wraparound terrace comes with a private plunge pool and sweeping 180-degree views stretching from Jumeirah Burj Al Arab towards Burj Khalifa – not a bad backdrop for an afternoon swim.

There’s plenty to tempt you indoors, too. The suite has its own gym and treatment room, a nanny room, a separate entertaining area with bar facilities and dining space for up to 12 people. A dedicated butler is on hand, while complimentary round-trip airport transfers are provided in a Bentley or equivalent vehicle. Guests also receive exclusive access to Iliana Pool Club. Planning a milestone birthday, multi-generational holiday or big group getaway? Few suites give you quite this much space to play with.

Royal Penthouse Suite, Jumeirah Al Naseem

Royal Penthouse Suite, Jumeirah Al Naseem

There are suites made for retreating from the world, and then there are suites made for bringing everyone along for the ride. The Royal Penthouse Suite at Jumeirah Al Naseem is very much the latter. With five bedrooms, three living and dining areas and 760 square metres of indoor and outdoor space, this is somewhere for big family holidays, special celebrations and trips where being together is all part of the fun.

The star of the show has to be the private terrace and its 11-metre infinity pool, where sea views provide a suitably impressive backdrop to lazy afternoons in the water. Inside, four king-size beds, two twin beds and sofa beds offer plenty of flexibility for larger groups, while a private fitness studio means you needn’t venture far for a morning workout. There’s even a dedicated elevator and an adjoining room for accompanying service staff.

Best of all, having your own private domain doesn’t mean missing out on the wider resort. Royal Penthouse guests receive return airport transfers and Club lounge benefits, while Jumeirah Al Naseem’s private beach, pools and the wider delights of Madinat Jumeirah are within easy reach. Think of it as your own rather fabulous Dubai residence – infinity pool included.

Best villas with private pools in the Maldives

Two Bedroom Water Residence with Pool, Jumeirah Olhahali Island

There are plenty of beautiful places to soak up the Maldivian sunshine. Your own overwater retreat, complete with a private pool and the Indian Ocean stretching out around you, surely has to rank among the best. That sense of being surrounded by water is what makes Jumeirah Olhahali Island’s Two Bedroom Water Residence with Pool so special.

Designed across two storeys, the residence gives you plenty of space to settle in, with two bedrooms, generous living areas and floor-to-ceiling windows bringing those brilliant ocean views inside. Step outdoors and there’s a private infinity pool and terrace poised above the water, with direct access to the lagoon when a swim in the ocean calls.

It’s an ideal set-up for families or friends who want the privacy of a villa with space to spend time together. And with the sparkling waters of the Maldives quite literally on your doorstep, this feels less like checking into a resort and more like temporarily acquiring your own very glamorous corner of the Indian Ocean.

Best villas with pool in Oman five star
Swimming pool at the Sanctuary Ocean Villa with Garden and Pool, Jumeirah Muscat Bay

Sanctuary Ocean Villa with Garden and Pool, Jumeirah Muscat Bay

The real appeal of the Sanctuary Ocean Villa with Garden and Pool at the stunning Jumeirah Muscat Bay is the sense that you’ve got your own private corner of the resort. There’s just one Sanctuary Villa, so this isn’t simply another room category with a little more space – it feels genuinely exclusive.

Spanning 197 square metres, the one-bedroom villa is made for two, with a king-size bed and plenty of space to properly switch off. Outside, a private garden and large sea-facing terrace come with their own plunge pool and Jacuzzi, giving you little reason to rush anywhere in the morning. There’s even a private home gym if you’re feeling energetic, while a private chef and barbecue can be arranged when dinner on your own terrace sounds more appealing than heading out.

Then there’s the setting. Sanctuary Villa guests have access to the secluded Sanctuary beach, reserved exclusively for Sanctuary Villa and Summerhouse guests, so escaping the busier parts of the resort is wonderfully easy. A 24-hour personal butler, Premium Lounge access and complimentary golf buggy service add to the feeling of having everything taken care of, while in-villa check-in and a complimentary one-way airport transfer make things seamless from the start. It’s undoubtedly luxurious, but what really makes this villa special is its privacy – for a couple wanting their own little hideaway on the Omani coast, it’s difficult to beat.

Best hotel suites in Capri
Pool at the Executive Suite, Jumeirah Capri Palace

Executive Floor, Jumeirah Capri Palace

If ever there were a suite that calls for oversized sunglasses and a particularly good Italian wardrobe, it’s this one. Sitting on the top floor of Jumeirah Capri Palace, the exclusive Executive Floor brings together Patricia Urquiola-designed interiors, private terraces and pools, and the sort of Mediterranean views that may have you reaching for your camera before you’ve even unpacked.

Spanning 328 square metres, the Executive Floor is designed with privacy firmly in mind, comprising five refined suites and its own private lobby. Inside, wave-like forms and earthy textures create a contemporary, nature-inspired feel, while outside, suites overlook the Gulf of Naples, their private terraces and the poolside. With five king-size beds, there’s space for up to 13 adults and two children aged 11 or under.

And because this is Capri, food and drink naturally get a look-in too. Breakfast can be served in-suite or at two-Michelin-starred L’Olivo, while benefits include a four-course dinner for two at L’Olivo per room, with beverages excluded. Guests can also enjoy a 50-minute Swedish or Aroma Relax massage for two per stay at Capri Medical Spa, subject to a minimum two-night stay, alongside dedicated concierge services and an E-Butler.

Our suggestion? Leave enough time in the itinerary to enjoy the surroundings themselves. With private terraces, pools and views towards the Gulf of Naples, rushing anywhere suddenly seems rather unnecessary.

What is the best hotel with private pool Mallorca
Living area at the Mar Blau Villa with Pool and Terraces, Jumeirah Mallorca

Mar Blau Villa with Pool and Terraces, Jumeirah Mallorca

Some villas are all about having more space; Mar Blau is about having more space to yourself. At Jumeirah Mallorca, two private terraces, a plunge pool, sun loungers and beautiful sea views set the scene for wonderfully slow Mediterranean days – the kind where a morning coffee outside can quite easily become lunch.

At 260 square metres, there’s plenty of breathing room, with accommodation for four adults or two adults and two children. Two king-size beds, or one king and twin beds on request, make it flexible for couples and families, while a kitchen and spacious living and dining area give you the freedom to settle in and make the villa feel like your own.

The beauty of Mar Blau, though, is that privacy doesn’t mean giving up the pleasures of a hotel stay. Breakfast at Cap Roig Brasserie is included, as is complimentary access to Talise Spa and a shuttle to and from Port de Sóller. Complimentary airport transfers are also included, subject to applicable terms and conditions. It’s a particularly appealing balance: the freedom of your own Mallorcan villa when you want to disappear for a while, with Jumeirah’s service and resort facilities there when you don’t.
