Alternatively, for some urban adventures head to the town of Keflavík, 20-minutes away by car, or the capital city of Reykjavik which is an hour’s drive.

        Silica Hotel is approximately a 10-minute walk from the main Blue Lagoon complex. Guests also have direct access to the Blue Lagoon and shuttle services are available if needed.
        Yes, guests staying at Silica Hotel receive complimentary access to the Blue Lagoon once per stay. However, guests will also receive unlimited access to the hotel’s private lagoon. Silica Hotel boasts its own, more secluded geothermal lagoon which unlike the Blue Lagoon, is for hotel guests only. This far more exclusive lagoon presents the opportunity for a much more peaceful and intimate experience throughout your visit.
        Breakfast is complimentary throughout your stay at Silica Hotel. Other meals can be enjoyed at nearby restaurants, including the acclaimed Lava Restaurant at Blue Lagoon.
