        A stay at Heritage Awali gives you access to some of the best championship golf courses in the Indian Ocean. La Reserve Golf Links is exclusive to Heritage guests and Le Château Golf Course has programmes for beginners and families.

        The resort is next to the stunning 1,300-hectare Bel Ombre Nature Reserve, home to endemic Mauritian flora and fauna. Immerse yourself in nature on a guided safari by buggy or on foot. Rest by Frédérica Waterfall and listen to birdsong. 

        Keep calm and spa on

        The Seven Colours Spa Village is a collection of small huts made from natural materials and thatched roofs. Inside, you'll find treatment rooms, a hair salon, two hammams, two saunas and a pool. Treatments are available for adults and kids.

        Heritage Awali Golf & Spa is located in the Domaine de Bel Ombre on the south coast of Mauritius. It's approximately one hour from the island’s international airport, and from here you can explore everything from traditional fishing villages to sugar cane fields. Nearby is the 1,300-hectare Bel Ombre Nature Reserve home to endemic wildlife and further west along the coast is the mighty peak of Le Morne Brabant, a UNESCO World Heritage Site towering above a golden sandy beach.

        Heritage Awali has a smart-casual dress code in all restaurants and bars from 7pm. This means closed shoes, collared shirts and trousers or bermudas for men.
        Heritage has two resorts and a private villa complex in Mauritius. These are Heritage Awali, Heritage Le Telfair and Heritage The Villas. The group also includes Heritage Golf Club with two championship courses.
