        Claudine

        Perched by the poolside, Claudine presents a wide range of food inspired by the Mediterranean Riviera. Here the menu offers a combination of French and Italian specialties with favourites also from Portugal, Greece and Spain.

        A unique setting that merges beachfront with an elevated, unobstructed view. Here the signature dishes included Pork Rib Back and Crispy Tuna Nigiri, however guests can also pick from the raw bar or savour freshly caught seafood and meats grilled to perfection.

        Delicious bite-size dishes promise a contemporary twist on Japanese signatures at The Deli, the resort’s new Japanese Izakaya. A sensory experience, here the food is just the cherry on top of a picturesque setting that’s complemented by an attentive service.

        The resort lies on Desroches Island, which is part of the outer Amirante Islands. This cluster of islands is situated south west from the Seychelles mainland, Mahé and are widely considered to be some of the most pristine and untouched in the world! It takes a quick 35-minute transfer by plane from Seychelles International Airport to get to Desroches Island.
