Aston Martin Mayfair
Aston Martin - Mayfair approached us to produce an incentive for the 12 best performing staff in Q4 2016. Once we established what they wanted to achieve, their timescales and budget, we set to work producing a weekend break to Paris. We managed the entire process from start to finish including the sourcing and arrangement of accommodation, Eurostar bookings, ground transfers, restaurant reservations and announcements. Once the winners were announced, we contacted them directly to arrange their booking, confirm dates, send them the itinerary and relevant travel.
Mercedes wanted to offer their clients a reward as a thank you to loyal clients, our brief was to produce something that has a high perceived value without running away with the budget.
