Winged Boots is looking to expand it’s position within the market to include a team of INDIAN OCEAN & UAE Travel Specialists to handle clients obtained through digital marketing campaigns, using proven technology to streamline the acquisition, quoting, booking and post sale processes.

What Will You Be Doing?
• Selling holidays to the Indian Ocean and United Arab Emirates
• Engaging with inbound clients over the phone and by email
• Discovering what clients want, and adding value to their holidays through your own expertise
• Tailor making clients itineraries based on their requirements
• Searching for competitive supplier pricing, using travel systems, supplier websites and contracts
• Quoting, communicating and booking clients holidays through our in-house CRM, and managing post sale experiences
• Managing your enquiry pipelines, focussing on achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Working as part of a new team, with a potential for growth
Who Should Apply?
• Engaging and dynamic individuals who can demonstrate confidence at dealing with clients on all levels
• Someone who has made an impact working as a luxury travel consultant, with a proven track record (experience in UAE and Indian Ocean preferred)
• Excellent communicators with great organisation skills, and those willing to work as part of a team
• Individuals with experience of using a GDS (Galileo preferred) and using CRM systems to quote and book holidays
• Those that are discreet and have the utmost respect for client confidentiality
• Someone that takes customer experience, and post-sale service seriously
• You are very well travelled and able to talk with passion about the places you have seen and your experiences
• Those available to work on a rota, including weekend work
