Pete Tong Official & Winged Boots: ‘The Ultimate Ibiza Experience’ Competition Terms and Conditions

1.    Prize is for two adults (over 18) and includes a three-night stay at a five-star hotel in Ibiza, one dinner and guestlist to a Pete Tong DJ show in Ibiza, and a meet and greet with Pete Tong.

2.    Hotel details and dates of travel to be provided in Feb 2025.

3.    This package is strictly non-transferable, resaleable, or exchangeable and there is no cash alternative.

4.    Reservations are subject to availability. 

5.    Prize also includes two tickets to see Pete Tong and Ibiza Classics at the London O2 on either the 13th or 14th of December 2024. 

6.    Tickets are valid for specified dates and cannot be transferred to another show or date. Tickets may not be exchanged, transferred, or resold.

7.    Entrants must be UK residents and over the age of 18.

8.    Entry requires agreement to these Terms and Conditions

7.    It’s the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure they have a right to travel to Ibiza and have appropriate travel documents.

8.    Prize excludes travel insurance and the cost of transfers to and from airports within the UK and Ibiza. 

9.    The prize excludes expenditure of a personal nature i.e. drinks, gifts, shopping, laundry, communications charges. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize are the responsibility of the prize winner. Extras over and above will be chargeable.

10.    The winner may be required to take part in publicity resulting from the prize draw.

11.    Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

12.    Entry into the competition assumes acceptance of the rules.

13.    The winner will be drawn at random and notified within five  days of the closing date. The winner must respond within five days of notification.

14.    The promoter(s) reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative of equal or higher value, should circumstances beyond the promoter’s control make it necessary.

15.    The promoter(s) are not liable for any damages or harm that the prize winner might suffer, whether emotional, physical or financial during the campaign period/time in Ibiza.

16.    Entries close on 3rd December 2024 at 11.59pm.

17.    These Terms and Conditions are to be interpreted in accordance with English law and any dispute arising out of these Terms or their subject matter is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
