Designed by Sigríður Sigþórsdóttir, the co-founder of BASALT Architects who also designed The Blue Lagoon, the hotel blends seamlessly into its natural environment. Earthy grey and brown tones can be found in every one of the 62 elegant suites, circled by a geothermal lagoon and everchanging moss-covered lava fields. All guests staying here receive complimentary access to the spa and fitness centre, daily yoga and guided hikes are also able to be booked.
